Trade Show Labs brings branded games and interactive booth activations to San Francisco and the Bay Area from Houston. We ship, set up, staff and strike; your team stays on the leads.
What we bring to San Francisco
At Moscone Center and the hotels around it we run Batak Pro, the VR flight simulator, the branded claw machine, SwagBot Beam laser engraving for engraved giveaways, the social media vending machine, VR headset packages, the F1 race simulator, the golf simulator, Tablet Jeopardy, the Are You Smarter Than An AI Bot? trivia game, the AI photo booth, the giant Plinko board, mini-drone racing and SwagBot Print 3D printing. Each unit is wrapped in your artwork.
Two reads before you book: the best trade show booth games guide for how the games compare on a show floor, and the interactive trade show ideas list for ideas beyond games. The full list of trade show games and activations has a photo of each unit.
If VR is the whole plan, our sister company VirtualRealityRental.co runs VR booth rental in San Francisco with more headsets and a dedicated crew.
Trade Show Labs in San Francisco
XBOW ran our Batak Pro for four days at RSAC in March 2026. Astro Mechanica ran the War Planes flight simulator in April: "Everything was amazing, I think the guests really enjoyed the flight sim!!" Invisible North booked a claw machine for a week over the July 4th holiday, and Autodesk ran a rig and headsets at a December office event where, they told us, "one employee called it their favorite part of the night." Across the bay, BSSP ran our vending kiosk at a San Rafael fair ("It was a big hit"), Pillsbury Winthrop ran SwagBot Beam in Palo Alto ("Many guests requested contact information"), and the California Academy of Sciences, after a 2023 event, wrote: "They came in and had a smooth, quick setup, and I heard lots of positive feedback from the guests." Together Computer booked a full-service job in the Marina in October 2026, and we have equipment going into Moscone Center for a client in November.
How a job in San Francisco runs
RSAC is the big one. XBOW ran our Batak Pro on the Moscone floor for four days in March 2026 with our crew on the unit. Together Computer went the other direction in October 2026: a one-day, full-service job in the Marina with a single event manager and one VR headset. Invisible North kept a claw machine for a full week over the July 4th holiday.
The Peninsula and the North Bay count as San Francisco for us. Pillsbury Winthrop ran SwagBot Beam in Palo Alto and BSSP ran the vending kiosk at a San Rafael fair. We have equipment going into Moscone Center again in November.

Bottom line
Create the Best Booth
Exhibiting at Moscone or anywhere around the Bay? Trade Show Labs can tell you which games fit your booth and whether the gear should ship ahead or arrive with a crew. The show name and the booth size are enough to start.
We Can’t Wait
To Hear From You
Give us the show and the booth size in the form below. We will reply with what fits a Moscone booth, how the gear gets there from Houston, and whether a staffed job or a shipped one makes sense. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere useful.
